In college, I was SO CONFUSED with what to eat- What foods contributed to the Freshman 15? Were calories from drinks the same as calories from food? What diet should I follow to get the results I wanted?
I switched my major to nutrition so I could better understand how to fuel my body – and, honestly, how I could stay at my ideal weight without starving!
When I became a Registered Dietitian in July 2010, I started “The College Nutritionist” to help students and grads who struggled with similar issues to what I went through.
It’s grown from then to serve my audience based on what they ask for most – how to stop overeating, and start living their lives. Here’s the thing – when you stop obsessing about food, your whole life opens up. I can’t wait to show you how.
My nutrition mantra is intuitive and practical – listen to your body, eat the foods you love, and incorporate health along the way.
